A DEOSA Family Favourite Recipe – “Fruit Cream”
In a food processor or blender, process 2 fresh bananas, half a papaya, half a rockmelon and the flesh of one mango. Add sunflower seeds and pepitas and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into bowl and top with crushed nuts of your choice (we love almonds or Brazil nuts) and a dessert spoon of sultanas, currants or finely sliced Fresh Medjool Dates. This amount serves 2 – 3 people, depending on how hungry you are!
