This gluten-free pasta is made in Bolivia from a simple blend of tasty Andean grains and rice grown in next-door Argentina.   It is the best we have ever tasted and holds its shape well.  Just stir some basil pesto through it once boiled and sprinkle with Kalamata Olives – both found in our deli section.
