The summer rains could not have come at a better time for our garden! After a recent dry spell with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, our garden was just crying out for some good soaking rains. Some of the vegetables that will really benefit from the rain are the cucumbers, zucchini and our cherry tomatoes – all the hand watering in the world does not feed the plants like the nitrogen rich rains.
